Refund policy

  1. DIY Labs uses a ticket model for sales. (similar to cinema, plane or concert tickets.)
  2. A cancellation must be made 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled event start time.
    If the guest cancels between 168 to 120 hours (7 days to 5 days) before the event, the host may collect a maximum of 50% of the booking fee as an administrative fee.
  3. It is non-refundable when the cancellation is made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event. (including pop-up workshop)
  4. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, we will void your payment authorization and no fees will be charged. If you have paid by bank transfer, we will refund your bank account in 10 working days.
  5. We suggest you check your bank statements to confirm you have received a refund.
  6. Please contact your banks or us if you have encountered any payment issues
  7. A reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the event starts. We will charge a 35 USD/per person handling fee for rescheduling made within 72 hours before the scheduled event start time. It can be paid in cash during the workshop.
  8. No refunds on the day of your class.
